The following additional terms and conditions apply to this offer:

• Customers are required to purchase the Harry Potter Audiobook box set (Box Set) together with the Harry Potter Collector’s Edition iPod (Collector’s iPod) from a participating online Apple Store for Consumers to be eligible to receive the benefit(s) available under this offer.
• The Harry Potter Collector’s Edition iPod is not available for individual purchase.
• In order to obtain the Box Set customers will receive a code to download the Box Set from the iTunes Music Store. The code will be issued on the order confirmation page once the transaction is completed.
• Apple Computer International is the vendor of the Collector’s iPod and will invoice all Collectors’ iPod purchases under this offer. All Collectors’ iPod purchases are subject to both the relevant online Apple Store terms and conditions and these additional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict these additional terms shall prevail.
• Apple Computer International is initiating orders for the Box Set but iTunes S.a.r.l. is the vendor of the Box Set and will invoice all Box Set purchases. In initiating orders for the Box Set, Apple Computer International is acting as agent for iTunes S.a.r.l. but otherwise assumes no responsibility for the sale of the Box Set.
• The redemption of the Box Set code must take place on the iTunes Music Store within the country where the Box Set code was purchased.
• The Box Set audiobooks are subject to the standard content usage rules set forth in the iTunes Music Store Terms of Sale Policy
• The Box Set is only available in spoken English
• This offer is available to consumers only for purchases made via the online Apple Stores for Consumers in the following countries Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Finland, France, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom. This offer is not available in Apple Retail Stores or in any online custom store.
• The closing date for this offer is March 7, 2006. All purchases must be made by this date.
• Items purchased as a bundle cannot be returned separately except as permitted by law.
