An Apple Store account is a feature that lets you personalize your Apple Store experience. You can save an order until you’re ready to place it, use 1-Click express checkout on our secure website, or check the status of your order online. What are the benefits of an account? Account holders have the opportunity to get the latest updates on Apple Store news and additions, as well as special promotional offers, delivered right to their in-box. Account holders can also place orders online, use 1-Click to speed shopping, save orders to purchase later, and receive email updates on pending orders. How do I create my account? At the top of any Apple Store page, select the “Create Your Account” link. On the sign-in page, click the “New Account” button. Enter your email address, which will become your account Apple ID, a password, and your name. I forgot my account password. How do I get it? If you forget your password, we can send it to you in an email. At the top of any Apple Store page, select the “Your Account” link to get to the sign-in page, then select the link under the password entry box. Your sign-in information will be sent to the email address you chose for your Apple ID. How do I change my Apple ID or password? Sign in to your account and select the “Change Apple ID or Password” link. Enter your desired changes, then click the “Continue” button. Changes take effect immediately. How do I change my billing or shipping address? Sign in to your account and select the “Change Shipping/Billing Information” link.
