Can I use Time Capsule as back up disk AND external drive?
I'm thinking in buy a TC 2TB, but I don't need 2TB to backup my MBP, so can I use 1TB for backup and 1TB for storage other files?

You can't divide it in to to different sections, but you can create folders on the root level of the disk to store your files

You can, but it's not a good idea to mix Time Machine backups and other data on the TC's internal HD. And you can't partition it.
The backups will, eventually, use up all the empty space. You can make a disk image to "reserve" some space, and put your other data in it.

No, not if you're using Time Machine. Otherwise, yes you can, although it still can't be partitioned.
