how would i swap all my pictures from my old iphone to my new iphone?

  Either using iTunes on a computer (faster), or using iCloud directly on the device without a computer (slower).
  
  Then you can get a new iPhone and simply select "Install from backup", which it will then do (takes anything from 20 mins to three hours, depending on which backup method you choose, and how much stuff you have to backup).
  
  Very easy really.
