I replaced my original apple keyboard with the new one for my Mac Pro since the original did not have a crisp enough key stroke...it seemed "mushy" sometimes...but now....amazing!

Very thin and lite weight. The new key design has a great feel and very large keys so you don't make many mistakes.

THE ONE PROBLEM I HAVE WITH IT IS the two usb ports will not support an ipod. I have the video Ipod and I get a warning that the USB power is too low to power the attached device. I bought this key board to clear away clutter on my desk and hopefully eliminate a few cords. Unfortunately its not true and I was disappointed. I am very much an apple fan but the low USB ports were a not as advertised on the website.

Took a little while to get the feel of it, but now it's second-nature. Once problem...Boot Camp. This little baby uses Function keys for audio up and down and brightness, and Vista really didn't like it. Sadly, I'm going to have to keep using my old keyboard until they update BootCamp to work with this new keyboard. That's why I'm only giving three stars. Otherwise, it'd be a full FIVE, baby!

It is a beautiful, s I bought this keyboard because the wireless keyboard by Apple does not have the numeric keypad to the right. It is a beautiful, sleek and sexy device, but its a case of all style and no substance. I had it 4 months and it failed. The USB ports are low powered which means you are relegated to jump drives or iPods. Basically, my MacBook Pro could no longer recognize the device. After reboots and testing on another MacBook, it was confirmed it the keyboard was dead as a door nail. Very frustrating!

With the Apple name, it is assumed there is a sense of extreme quality and ease of use. However, I am incredibly disappointed in the failure of this device. I am truly gun shy now with Apple peripherals. I ended up buying a Logitech 750 Wireless Keyboard for MAC which is really nice.

    So not cool.

This has the best chiclet keys out there. The wired version is a must for music/video production, as the keypad is crucial for key commands. I routinely take this on the go - It's lightweight and durable. Great job Apple!
