    Bought this for myself as an early Christmas present. Love the pinstripes on the inside of the bag and the special pocket for my iPad. Couldn't be happier!

    i absolutely love this bag! It is slim, nice looking, has lots of room for accessories like external superdrive, portable hard drive, and power cord. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the specialized IPAD compartment will only fit a naked IPAD or possibly one that is wearing a smart cover. Any other cover or case on the IPAD will not fit in the compartment. Overall it is a great bag and worth the money!

    Slim but roomy

    I was unsure about purchasing this bag without handling it first. However, I was not disappointed. It has plenty of room for my MBA 11", iPad, charging cords and accessories. I spend quite a bit of time on airplanes and the it fits nicely under the seat. One caution, the color is darker than it appears online. I thought it was a bonus but some might prefer a lighter color.

    When I first bought my 15 inch, I was worried about the traditional bulky bags that go along with a larger computer. I travel quite a bit and didn't want to be lugging yet another bag. This one is perfect- it's slim, has multiple (but useful) compartments, and best of all, is very well made especially for the price.

    Get it- you won't be disappointed!

    My go-to bag for style and functionality

    Ever since I bought my macbook I've become obsessed with laptop bags. I have one for every style, a Waterfield CitySlicker, a Booq Mamba Courier, and a Knomo Saxby, yet this Brenthaven is the one I leave the house with more often than not.

    The 15" is large enough for my MacBook Air 13" inside a Brenthaven prostyle sleeve, for the added protection as well as the option to leave the bag behind and tote just the laptop to meetings. It has perfect compartments for an ipad in a folio, a Magic Mouse and wireless keyboard as well as the charger and an external hard drive, the rear pocket is easy access for my notes and magazine.

    The style and color are just superb, and on more than one occasion I was complimented on the bag by coworkers, specially the striped baby blue interior. This is the bag to get, and I look forward to my 3rd brenthaven buy.

    I have to take my MacBook Pro and iPad with me most places that I travel and have made do with a backpack throughout all of college. Moving into the real world however required a fashionable alternative that I can not only go to work with, but also take traveling. The Brenthaven Collins meets and surpasses this need easily, without losing any functionality at all. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend this product!

    I have to say that I was a little skeptical on how good this would be based on how cheap it is. I admit that this bag is PERFECT! It has enough room for my 15" 2009 MBP and iPad 2 as well as cables and chargers and is still very slim and very light. Even if I wear this bag out in 2-3 years I am confident I will get more than I paid for it.

    I purchased this case for my 13' MacBook pro and I love it! I keep my laptop in a sleeve and the sleeve fits perfectly into this case. It is stylish, has nice compartments, and it is not too big! Highly recommended!

    Recommend! The grey is such a nice change from my normal black bag that came with my work laptop. And it was only $70. Can't be beat.

    When I bought this case, it was replacing a 300.00 LLbean case that broke in less than. 3 weeks. That's what I get for not first buying a Brenthaven case. I've been a customer of brenthaven for several years and all of the cases I've purchased have been terrific for me and as gifts for my family. Brenthaven is the underdog who always over performs. I'm glad I'm back with them.

    Lovely bag, save for poorly designed front clasp

    I love the interior layout and overall styling of the Collins Slim Brief, and one of the deciding factors for purchasing this bag and not another was the exterior pouch. Ideally, I could store my transit card, keys, and anything else that I needed fast access to while on the move.

    However, if you make even minimal use of the bag's interior or exterior layout, it is nearly impossible to get the bag's hook closure through its loop. It requires laying the bag down and playing extensive tug of war with the fabric to get it closed. There is no such thing as fast access on the move without then leaving the exterior pouch—otherwise only kept shut by a small circle of velcro—open for easy access to everyone around me as well.
