    IPhone App Crashes Continually

    • Written by from Sparks

I like the FITBIT. I don't like that I have to sync it to my MAC and not my IPHone. The IPHONE App continually crashes. I have removed and reinstalled the app 4 times. No help from FITBIT after sending emails. Returning it today to Apple store.

    Great Product! Definitely Impressed!

I've lost 15 pounds in 1.5 months using this device!! Follow it's instructions and you will never go wrong. You need to commit to counting your calories and wearing it constantly. The sleep tracker is a little weird, but everything else is great! The floor counter takes into account barometric pressure, so if you walk up a hill, it counts as a floor, not just stairs!

People complain about losing it, but I wonder if they're following the instructions on how exactly to wear it! if you clip it TO your pocket or waist, you're supposed to clip it such that the clip is on the outside and the fitbit is largely inside your pocket/waist!! I've never lost it once, or come close to losing it like this!!

    I love it

To be honest the only complain I have is the fact that the app needs alot of work. I placed mine on the center part of my bra and its has stayed in placed with no fears of losing it. I forget I have it on, but I love it because I feel like I need to reach my goals at all times.

    Fitbit One

    • Written by from lakeville

This is a great product for monitoring activity. Like others i lost mine, and the Bluetooth told me it never left the house. When I found it I was loading the washer. i had it for 3 weeks and I decided to take it back since The Fitbit flex is coming out in spring.
Like I really liked ,but it was easy to loose. In the mean time I have my Little square Nano to track my steps.

    Great product, while it lasts...

I have owned both a Fitbit Ultra and the new One. The Fitbit Ultra was great to use and it encouraged me to reach my daily goal of 10,000 steps. The 'dashboard' did not work properly on my Windows 8 tablet so I had trouble synchornising it to look at my progress. I grew frustrated with this so I switched to a Fitbit One which synchronized much more reliably via bluetooth with my iphone.

The products are great but they are too easy to lose.
I lost my Ultra twice while walking around at work, and being a large complex it took me a while both times to find it. I was wearing it on my belt both times I lost it, so I started carrying it in my pocket to avoid losing it again. However, it provides more accurate readings when worn on the belt, particularly when you climb 20 floors per day, but it only records 3.

When I switched to the Fitbit One, I lost it within 12 hours and never found it.
The belt clip on the One is much worse than the one in the Ultra.
I was very upset to lose it so soon and waste the money.
I wish Fitbit offered to replace it with a new one, but that is just wishful thinking.

I miss having such helpful device, so now I am looking to switch to a Nike Fuelband or the Jawbone Up. Both are bracelets, which I hope I will not lose so easily.

I am sorry Fitbit, but you have lost a loyal customer. I will not be purchasing the Fitbit scales now, althout I know I couldn't lose that product as easily...

    LIFE SAVER

    • Written by from dublin

so far i have lost 23kg with the help of fitbit. It is accurate and works really well, the app for the iphone is very easy to use and if your serious about wanting to lose weight this product can be of great assistance. I found the clip to be stronger than expected and have wore it every day and night for the past 3 months. The battery lasts for over a week and its a great motivator.

    Pedometer, fundamentally

    • Written by from New York

I was excited to receive this as a gift, but the sleep tracking feature was very disappointing. It's really a pedometer.

A lot of time-consuming manual work is required to make use of the fitness features, and there is an alarming amount of personal features that needs to be shared with the company. I would stay away from this product and stick to simpler devices.

We have 2 fitbits one and we love them, but

    • Written by from Clarence Creek

Love the tracking of our days activities, steps, stairs and food.
The night tracking could be more precise, like the Jawbone Up.... How long it takes to fall asleep, light sleep, deep sleep and how many times you wake up...
The Fitbit one only sees how long to fall asleep, awakened xx times and frankly not very precise. But if you are snoring this will count as waking up??? But if you are on the other side of the coin and you don't move to wake the snoring person then you have night without awakenings???
Between the 3 I tried the fitbit is the best so far. Can't wait to see who will make a better one.
    Looking to get the scale.
Also, not enough compatibility with Android or non-Bluetooth 4.0 devices.

This item has a clip for putting on your pocket... well I did that... and I lost it... Which was my activity?... walking!!!

If you have to care the item 24 hours on a day... definitely... it isn't a element for being exposed on Apple Store.

I'm very disappointing... the item disappear when I was... walking!!!
