    This is the perfect case for me!

    I have had this case for a year. People always ask me where I got it. I dont like purses so I need something that carries everything important. I answer the phone in the wallet and text in the wallet. For short conversations it works fine. If its gonna be a longer conversation then I slide the phone out. Its very easy. So, when I leave the house I have my keys and this. Its great!.

    Has nobody noticed yet that you have to take the IPhone OUT of the case to take a picture with it. I had to have a leathersmith poke a hole in the back of mine for the camera and it looks dumb.

    Nice Case - No Camera Hole

    Overall I'd say the case does a good job of carrying your phone, ID, a couple of credit cards. But the lack of a hole to take photo is a real bummer. I used a paper punch and made my own. Now it looks a little shabby but works. Probably should have gone to a shoe repair place. They might have made a nicer looking hole and sewed the edges so it doesn't start falling apart.

    BETTER IF HAD CAMERA HOLE

    Bought this case last year for iphone 4S. Love it except it has no camera hole. For the price tag one would expect that it was complete. I have to take the phone out of the case to take a photo. I do see that the similar case for the iPhone 5 has a camera hole, seems as though Apple was listening.....Now why wouldnt they make adjustments to the 4S model as well?

    Great Cover for IPhone 4S

    I bought this case a year ago right after getting my new IPhone 4S. Best purchase I have made in a long time. My biggest concern was protection of the phone screen if dropped. Love the ability to just grab the phone and run without worrying about taking a purse. Credit cards, license and limited cash all right there. Can't imagine ever buying another phone if there is not a case made like this available for it. Lack of access to camera without raising it up from the case is not a problem for me but anyone using their camera constantly may find it annoying, but still think it would be worth the trouble! Great product!

    Perfect gift for a bibliophile

    Most people assume my phone is a book. In a high school history classroom, I pulled out my phone (in this case) to double check some details about Renaissance artists. I read the details aloud to the class and then looked up to see a hand in the air. A student asked, "Is all that really in the Bible." LOL Only one small drawback is that using the camera is a little more cumbersome than I would like. Overall a terrific case that pleases me on a daily basis. Give it to your favorite book collector or reader.

    LOVE this thing.

    I almost didn't buy this because there is no hole for the camera and I didn't think I'd use it that much as a wallet, but I was wrong! I am always switching out purses and wallets and now that I keep only the most important cards in my BookBook, I am good to go regardless of what purse I'm using! I get SO many compliments on it and it matches my laptop and ipad cases. Not having a hole for the camera IS a design flaw, but not that big a deal. It is easy enough to just shove it up an inch to take the pic. The leather is absolutely holding up well, and I have zero regrets about buying this great and unique little phone case!

    Great lil wallet & iphone cover. Comfortable, stylish, easy to use with one hand. Only drawback is you have to push the phone up out of the case with your thumb if you want to take pics.

    Beware that you must remove phone from case to take a photo. Nice case, looks good, but I wish that I had been made aware of the camera problem.

    I bought this from the actual Apple store in Sacramento. I played around with it a bit before purchasing just to see if I was okay with how it sat in the case before purchasing. Here are somethings that don't knock any stars off, but you should be aware of:

    It feels funny talking with the phone to your ear. I use an ear piece, bluetooth or speakerphone normally, so this is not a big deal to me.

    Fits only a few credit cards/ID - 3 total. If you try to jam too many more than it looks bulky.

    There is no hole in back for the camera. I answered a question on this that details a case I visually saw in the store (owner had taken case to shoe repair store and had them punch a perfect little circle) and he showed me that taking pictures was a not a problem. I haven't done this yet so I just move the camera up a touch out of the case and take the picture. No big deal to me, but if you are a serious camera user, maybe this isn't the case for you. I take a couple pictures a day and I am happy with it.

    Basically, the case is not for the heavy user who will drop it, get it wet, or uses their camera a whole lot. If you have an iphone and carry it more than you use the functions, then this is for you. I use it quite a bit, but I accept the fact that there are some limitations. I won't subtract any stars because I bought it after playing with it and fully knowing the drawbacks ... full disclosure for myself :)
