Headband cracked the first time i put them on

    • Written by from RICHMOND HILL

Defective product. Upon taking it out of the box, I spread the earpieces apart so that I could put them on, and the headband cracked. Just like that. I expect to get a full refund because these aren't cheap headphones. And now that I think about it, cheap headphones could endure much more than these Beats. I'm disappointed!

I got the red beats wireless for Christmas I really liked them they had amazing sound and a great style. But then about 6 months later they broke at where you fold them, they broke because I through them on the floor pretty hard. I recommend getting these headphones just don't drop them that often and you will be find also get a dark color because they get dirty really fast.

    •Sizes dont vary enough
    •Can be to tight
•Sound isolation is painful even when spun d is on low volume
•Connecting with Bluetooth is tedious, it would be quicker and more practical to plug it in
    •Charging is tedious

Make your own decisions but here is my experience

    • Written by from Watertown

I bought these with the desire to have wireless, bluetooth, and noise canceling. I didn't care about all the negative reviews I had heard as everybody has their own opinion. The negative aspects that I have heard did not seem to bother me; but for one big reason. The earpieces are really uncomfortable and I only wore them for a few hours one day and had to return them. They were that bad. I had a cheap pair off eBay before these and those were some off brand that were ok for sound, but comfort wise they were no problem compared to these. I just wanted to get something "better" and these did not deliver. While I had them they were ok in every other aspect, but like I mentioned they were just to painful to my ears being pressed in that I could not keep them. I am trying the Bose Wireless now and will see how those go.

    Cannot Connect to my iPhone5

    • Written by from Maharagama

Something is wrong that I cannot connect my Beats Wireless to my iPhone 5.
Bluetooth services never show up 'Beats Wireless' to get connected to the headphones.
I earlier used it with my Samsung Galaxy S4, it worked fine, but since I moved to apple I had no use of it.
Please get me a solution because I won't be able to use it if I'm not able to connect it.

    Not a good product!

    • Written by from Plainfield

Like many of the reviews I read online, I had these for just about 13 months when the right side went out. Contacted customer service for repair options, was told there were none. I have since replaced them with the BOSE and am much happier. They are a little less expensive because I'm not paying DR DRE for his name. They have fancy packaging and look high end but in sum, they are just garbage wrapped in a nice package.

    Awesome Beats

    • Written by

The beats headphones are awesome. I tried them on and they made the audio super clear. Some people say the break easily, but that was just a lack of careful use. They are the best headphones in the world.

    Absolutely fantastic sound

    • Written by from Omaha

Perfectly clear separation that pushes every musical element to the limit without going overboard. Love my Beats so much I started working out every day just to give myself extra listening time. Comfortable, easy to wear and move around. Bluetooth pairs easily and gives you great range. Totally recommend you get these. Mine have given me total satisfaction for many months.

Perfect if they worked all the time!

    • Written by from Wayland

Have only had the Beats Wireless for three days. Initially, I loved them! Then they started going out on me. The show that I was watching or the music I was listening to would continue on my iPhone5, but I could not hear anything! The blue light was on indicating that the headphones were working. The only thing that worked was turning the headphones off, then powering them back on. This issue has happened 5 times to me already, sometimes when they've been in use for only 5 minutes, other times after 2 hours. This issue has nothing to do with proximity of the device, wi-fi, or media. Can't figure it out! I will be exchanging because I really like the product! Great sound quality!

The Best Wireless headphones on the market!

    • Written by from Hoffman Estates

If you're a sound junkie then you prob will favor Yamaha, Bose, Sennheiser. But if you are super annoyed with wires and want something Wireless then there is no better Bluetooth headphones on the market (I'm super frivolous so have tried the Parrot Zik, Harmon Kardon BT, and Bose Bluetooth (fyi bose have some ugly microphone sticking out while beats is inbuilt!), numerous times and Beats came out on top). The price is steep but the sound quality is fantastic for Bluetooth. Despite them saying you get 10 hrs of battery I've found i get about 12 hrs! There is no noise canceling function but with the exceptional bass and above average treble you won't notice much of a difference between this and the Studios. And the best thing is if they ever run out of charge, you can just plug in the audio cable and they become wired (With EVEN better sound quality). Def recommend.

    Excellent

    • Written by from Edinburgh

I find a lot of these reviews very strange because my wireless beats have been a superb purchase. Excellent battery life (take note apple!) and brilliant sound quality for wireless. I don't get the Bluetooth problems others are mentioning connecting to my 4S.

However, sine the update to iOS7, the wireless controls for volume and changing song have stopped working. I hope there is a fix coming cause it is becoming very annoying.

Other than this, I have been delighted with these headphones and I've used them every single day for almost a year now. Highly recommended

    • Written by from Yongin

I've had several experience of disconnection with my iPhone4. Plus I don't know any workaround, even why. :\
I didn't think wireless means unstable connection before buying. Think carefully if you have a plan to buy this.

    Waste of money

Definitely not worth $270. You can't use Skype with it, the quality is awful, and sometimes it even lags up the device you're using.

    • Written by from Aberdeen

Having spent £250 on these I expected far more. I bought them duty free while traveling, if I had bought them locally I would be demanding my money back. The sound quality is okay for djing but the bluetooth connection cannot keep up. Need to get your house in order Dre, expected more from a fellow DJ!!!!
