    Poor quality

    The plastic retainer that holds my iPad in place has snapped off after only four months. It is very poor quality for the price and I see that many other people have had the same problem.

    Ipad continuously falls out of the groove

    not much else to say... I had high hopes but it is useless and i guess one day my iPad will break when it falls out of the groove.

    Loved it until keys started not working

    I love how this keyboard covers the ipad and the size of the keyboard is very comfortable for typing. I would have given this 5 stars but after my 2nd keyboard Logitech sent to me as a replacement started having issues with the space bar not working, then the delete button quit, then soon after the letter A......... It is unusable and of course out warranty. If you want to have a keyboard that works more than 2-3 months do no buy this one. Keys just stopped functioning on both keyboards I've had.

    Broke after 1.5 week

    Broke at the home button just like everyone said. It defeats its purpose when the whole plastic breaks. This is my second time that I got it because I had warranty. It broke yet again even though I did not remove my ipad at all after attaching it.

    I was in love with this little keyboard until about a month after I bought it. That's when the tiny piece of plastic near the top left that holds the ipad in place broke off. Apple should not be offering this product until this problem gets fixed. I'm so angry now.

    The little plastic clip on the left side that holds the iPad in broke. This is my THIRD one that has broken in the same place. Do not buy this as it appears Logitech has not and will not fix this flaw. I rated the one star because that's the lowest but it's a complete failure and, as such, deserves zero stars.

    The product is an absolute waste of money. Don't buy

    I have bought two of these Logitech cases with keyboard. Both of them brroke within a month . One of them had a broken key the moment I opened the box. Total failure for Logitech. The grips on the left side of both devices broke at exactly the same spot. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE of junk.

    iPad keyboard

    Product is junk, don't waste your money. Keyboard never worked properly and the magnetic strip that holds the iPad in place fell out. Costumer service ignored my emails. Horrible experience ever since I open the box.

    Purchased 3 - all BROKE!

    I have the same complaints as above - the plastic part that you snap your Ipad Air into breaks after a few months. I seems that it's just a bit too small to fit the Ipad Air. I'm tired of purchasing these over and over again. (I buy them for a business and will not continue to purchase these). Do not waste your money, it will happen to you too.

    Waste of money

    The IPad keeps falling out of the cheap plastic groove. Eventually , my IPad will break. Secondly, the little typing aids that the IPad screen keyboard has do not work on the logitech keyboard. Finally, Logitech support is TERRIBLE!

    I bought this after reading a few reviews in the web. So much for reviews.

    There has to be something better.

    Charging fails

    bought it 7 months ago. It no longer recharges. Even though the charge light changes to green, when then hooked up with the iPad it does nothing, goes back to blue. Very disappointing.

    Too many flaws

    I bought 12 of these keyboards for my organisation.
    1. First I had to replace 9 of them (after just 4 months) because the corners that keep the iPad in place broke off.
    2. Then they kept loosing the connection to the iPad and had to constantly be disconnected and paired again.
    3. Now I have 3 keyboards for which some of the keys simply don't work anymore!
    4. Getting them replaced through warranty is a nightmarish bureaucratic process.
    Extremely disappointed with this product!

    Now useless

    I did like this initially: clever design with the magnetic strip. But like other reviews, it wasn't long before the corner clips cracked and then completely broke. I've been trying to figure out a way to fix it, but have not yet come up with anything. And it is unusable now. I agree with other users that for $100 this is a rip off.

    Less important but also annoying: I got the red cover and would recommend against it: it has stained very easily

    Too fragile

    Like other posts, we were initially pleased with this produce, but after 1-2 months, it slid off the couch 1.5 feet onto carpeted floor and one of the corners that keeps the ipad locked in place chipped off; now it is essentially useless as the ipad won't stay physically connected. Fairly disappointing.

    Fragile junk

    Looks great, worked fine for a few months. Just slid off my bed one foot onto carpeted floor, which completely shattered once of the corner clips. Folio now useless, and can't remove keyboard from folio. As previous reviewers have noted, ridiculously fragile attachment of iPad to cover. Once they break, you can throw the whole thing away!

    Went through 3 of these, all failed within a couple of days use

    The design of the keyboard is pretty good, but Logitech seems to have a real problem with build quality, component quality, and fail rates. Within a couple of days my first keyboard stopped registering a lot of the keys. For example, it just stopped registering the P and D and O keys. I was only using the keyboard for a couple of hours a week, hardly heavy wear and tear. Logitech replaced that one but the replacement developed the same problems, along with a really finicky bluetooth connection (dropped connections, problem recognizing the keyboard, etc). Then my mom lent me her Logitech keyboard and within a couple of days it developed the same kinds of problems. 3 busted keyboards in a row isn't a fluke. I really recommend people *not* buy this. In comparison, I bought the keyboard from Brydge and it has worked beautifully for over two months.

    Great concept, poor design

    Bought this case/keyboard for my girlfriend along with the iPad, both from the Apple Store. After 2 months, one of the plastic clips that hold the iPad in place cracked, rendering the case useless. The clips are extremely delicate, and sliding the iPad into the brackets is not very intuitive. If the iPad is not precisely lined up with the brackets, they will crack.

    sadly lacking

    I love the idea of this and for the maybe 2 weeks that it worked it was great. however it stopped working very soon after buying it and logitech customer service have been treating me like a criminal. Im basically giving up on attempting to get this replaced as logitech are just making it way too hard, and I strongly urge anyone considering buying this product if they can afford to throw 100USD away. if you can, then by all means roll the dice... maybe youll get lucky and get one of the units that doesnt become dysfunctional almost immediately.

    great keyboard, but poses a danger to the ipad!

    I'm on my second logitech keyboard, after the first was stolen along with my first iPad a few months back. I do a lot of my work on the iPad, and have found this keyboard indispensable to note-taking, along with AudioNote, which I use for interviews as a part of my job several times a week. However, the stand feature of the keyboard has worn out after only a few months of use, now twice in a row, meaning that i can put it in the groove, and it will stay standing... until it falls over. I thought the original time was a fluke, but now it's happened a second time. My iPad hasn't been damaged by this--yet. But it can't be good for it to be falling all the time, and so I can no longer trust the keyboard. What this means is that I'm now going to start carrying around the keyboard , while keeping the iPad in an actual case that will actually protect it. This defeats the purpose. It would be one thing if this happened after a year or two, but I've had this product three or four months... and it's not cheap.

    Tis is a poor design. The attachment is similar to the smart cover but the keyboard is heavy. If you drop it, and you will, it will break off the keys and they will not assist in replacing keys.
