Reviews for Mobee Magic Charger for Apple Magic Mouse

The idea for a charging pad for your wireless mouse is great. The Mobee system is easy to setup. It has some drawbacks dough. First, the battery life for their rechargeable battery is really short, they could have done something better. And secondly, the construction of the devise is very cheap for what you pay. Knock off $20 bucks and you are at the right spot.

I got mine, clasp would not stay closed. Need to redesign with just a few minor adjustments! Will try again if they redesign it!

I was hesitant when I read some of the less than optimal reviews but I went for it and picked this up. I love it, it installed easily and charges as advertised. Now I never experience the "disconect / connect" loop and the mouse is always ready to go.

I agree with the review that it's a flop. I'm having same problem. I will now have to drive all the way to an apple store to have them safely remove the charger from magic mouse because I can no longer use the mouse. This is a product that is not yet ready for production. Needs more testing. It's horrible. I shouldn't have so much trouble. Also, try adding better instructions and trouble shooting to your packaging if you are going to have a product that doesn't work out of the box.

I was very disappointed when I received mine. Didn't charge thru usb to computer or usb the wall outlet. So don't waste your time, nice concept though. So glad I was able to return it.

My magic mouse is my constant companion in work and play. My Mobee kit arrived yesterday. There was no problem in installing it - just make sure the black button clips onto the battery pack! It's easy. The lighter battery pack has improved the feel of the mouse, but what I can't understand, and am thrilled about, is that the tracking consistency and feel of the pointer movement seems to be more accurate and consistent than with regular rechargeable AA batteries. And Jitouch and BetterTouchTool (true Magic Mouse connoisseurs will know) no longer seem to conflict when it comes to taps! And leaving it on the charging matt to recharge (with my Iphone 4 wall charger adapter!) overnight worked perfectly. Great product.

this product has a real good apple like quality to it the docking station looks great and the battery pack has the same finish as the original battery housing. However this product has its flaws. It did not work for me straight out of the tin. To note my magic mouse was also brand new. The problem lies with the battery it charges fine when on the dock but the connectors don't match up to the mouse so no power to the mouse or green light. I solved this issue by bending the solo connector down a bit, it points up. that simple put battery back in and it worked.

I purchased this as soon as I heard of it and it was still relatively new, I have had no problems with this at all, it just works and works well.
Easy to install and then forget all about it, very, very handy!

Good product and it was a smart purchase for me personally.

I would recommend this to anyone.

We use about 10 mouse, 5 are on rechargeable batteries and 2 on regular batteries.
And two are on Mobee system and work very very well!
No trouble at all. I'm just wondering why there is two mont delivery?
Apple will get one soon?

Not sure why there are ANY negative reviews on this product as i have 3 of these units and each does exactly what it is supposed to do without any issues. I have owned them for at least a year and would never go back to using a mouse with batteries
