No they wont: The keyboards are paired via bluetooth and therefore only "seen" by the system with which they are paired.

I have the wireless keyboard for the ipad, but I'm wondering if there are covers available for this keyboard? I am a student and would love to have a cover that i could put over my keyboard to act as a buffer against textbooks, food, and other things that consume my backpack. Thanks

Yes, The just have to be paired separately 1 keyboard to each computer, rather than 1 for all computers at once, Which in terms should also work, but pairing may be required every time which defeats the purpose!

Can it come with Japanese writing keyboard?
I plan on buying a MacBook Pro with Japanese keyboard, and want to get an external keyboard for the LED display. If I cannot write Japanese with the external keyboard, buying the Display doesn't make sense.

System requirements for the new wireless keyboard state that you have to have "aluminum keyboard software version 2.0" My system is telling me that my aluminum keyboard "firmware" is version 1.0. Will the new keyboard work with my system? It is a 2008 IMAC

In theory, yes. I don't have any personal experience with a PS3, however if it is compatible with bluetooth products such as this keyboard, it will work.

Standard bluetooth range is about 10m. So you would get up to 10m, but connection could drop in and out if you start getting towards that far away

Is there any way to map a iPad home button to the wireless blue tooth keyboard?
I know that it can handle some playback functionality, volume, brightness, but am not seeing any button that can act as a home button. There any way to map a existing button to it if not?

Waterfield Designs makes one specifically for apple keyboards. Also, Incase makes a travel case that is pretty sweet, as it is made to hold the iPad, the Bluetooth keyboard, and other accessories, and it even comes with an iPad stand.
