ESET Cyber Security is security software designed specifically for the Mac OS. In the Apple Store, this is only available as a single-user license.
ESET Family Security Pack includes protection for Macs as well as Windows and Mobile (Android) Devices and includes a license good for 5 devices.- Answered by Eset S

Actually they do not. Currently, ESET Family Security Pack does not include protection for devices running iOS including iPods, iPads or iPhones.

I have a MacBook, an iMac, and two PC's. I use both OSX and Win7 on my Macs, will ESET cover my Dual OS Mac's and both PC's ?

Each installed OS will be covered as a separate "user" on your license but yes the Family Security Pack will cover both your Mac and Windows systems.

Please list all the advantages, backup allowable volume, and complexity/simplicity factors for the ESET Family Security Packs.
I live in both USA and in Panama. My desktop computers are not transported
from USA/Panama as we move to and from Panama. Total devices do not exceed

Yes, ESET will cover both locations. Your ESET license and all the products you install using that license will be activated and supported by the ESET distributor in the country where you purchase your license. So for you, that would be either ESET North America (USA) or ESET Latin America (Panama). From there, you can download and install in both locations on up to five total devices.
