For people with sleep apnea, Renew SleepClock is likely to show a lot of activity and interruptions, and as a result low sleep times and sleep quality scores. People with sleep apnea are unlikely to achieve as much deep sleep as a person who is free of apnea.

For the person who sleep walks, Renew SleepClock will show them as absent while they are away from the bed, so in that sense it might be a useful indicator to this user to understand both how much sleep they are getting at night, but also when during the night they sleepwalk.

It can be as far as 1.5 meters. The easiest way to position it is to aim it at the center of your bed. Sleep in any position you normally sleep in, and it will sense your sleep patterns.

I use this product with my iPhone 5 using the Apple lightning to dock adapter.

According to the in app FAQ "The sensor will detect only one person within range and remain ‘locked’ onto the nearest person.Renew is designed to work for one user only. It is not recommended to have two Renew’s working in the same bedroom as they may interfere with each other."

I just tested it to answer your question. I started White Noise and then plugged the iPhone into the Renew SleepClock. Immediately the sound started coming out of the speakers - sounded great too. Unfortunately as soon as I switched over to the SleepClock app - which you must use to start the monitoring - the white noise stopped. So the app grabs the audio away from white noise. So sorry you can't use both at the same time - unless you have two iOS devices such as a phone and an iPad.

This product comes with a power adapter which can accept 120v-220v from the wall socket.
