will this work with the lightening to VGA adaptor to an iPad (third gen)?

I bought this on accident instead of the of 30 pin to VGA adaptor to work with my iPad (3rd gen) and iPhone4S. I want to know if it this adaptor can be used with those devices and the Lightening to VGA cord? I plan to get an iPhone 5 and iPad Mini and I travel a lot, so the less cords and adaptors the better. Is there a reverse for this adapter?  Female lighting, male 30 pin.

I want to make the Lighting adapter my preferred one that I carry in my bag every day (to charge the 5 and Mini), and use it to occasionally charge my iPad 3.

I understand that this adapter is to make the Mini/5 compatible to older accessories, but since the Lighting is the way forward, is there a way to make my old iPad compatible to Lightning?

Is it compatible for the old 30-pin iHomes? Will an iPhone 5 keep it's balance if it's connected to an old 30-pin iHome with this adapter?

I used to have an iPod 4th generation on a 30-pin iHome but I don't have that iPod anymore. Now I have an iPhone 5 and i still have that old 30-pin iHome.

Does this adapter work with Alpine car stereos?

Alpine car stereos are some of the most widely used 30 pin connector car stereos. Does anyone know if this connector works with the alpine 30 pin connector? Can you control the iphone from the stereo like you can with the 30 pin?

The video stream has been disabled for this adapter, how do I use my 30 pin video devise with iPhone 5?

I spent a lot of money on 30 pin projector devices for sales presentations, thinking 30 pin is the format for mac devices. I have upgraded to iphone 5 and the guy at apple assured me that using the lighting to 30 pin adapter it will support all 30 pin devices. I now find out that this adapter does not support video. How do I get my 30 pin video devices to work with my iPhone 5???

"Compatibility" Does it work with GEAR4 PG534 HouseParty Rise Alarm Clock and iLuv Vibro I Bed Shaker 30-Pin iPod/iPhone Alarm Clock Speaker Dock?

I just recently bought the new Ipod Touch and I would like to know if it is compatible with these docks, with the Lightning to 30-pin Adapter connected. To play music and charge on the docks but I don't really mind if it doesn't play videos on the dock.

Basically if it will work like my older model Ipod did on the same docks. The docks can easily be searched on google but it won't let put in links direct to the docks.

If not is their another adapter that will be compatible with them, even if it is not an official apple product.

I have the Apple Composite Cable used to hook up my iPhone 3G S to my TV. Can I use this adapter to hook up my iPhone 5 for the same use?
