Can I install Windows device drivers under Fusion?

I need to run some Windows programs that control amateur radio equipment through modified USB interfaces. there are custom drivers for these interfaces. Can I install that on top of Windows in Fusion?

I need to access emails (from my Mac) that reside on an exchange server at my place of business. Will Fusion5 solve my issue?

As part of my company's business continuity requirements, I need to have the ability to access my business emails from my home PC. This is normally accomplished via an Outlook webmail exchange server; however, I'm having trouble connecting to the server. Turns out, it's because I'm using Safari on my MacBook Air. Only Internet Explorer is supported. Since VMware Fusion5 includes Internet Explorer, will the issue be resolved if I install VMware Fusion 5? I've already upgraded to Mountain Lion (10.8)

do I have to have the windows disk

I have a disk for a window vistas upgrade to windows 7 and I have an unused code to download windows 8 that I purchased. Can I use either of those to install fusion 5?

Can I use my dutch spelling checker (pc based) on files created on my MacPro using VMware Fusion 5?

I have to use the Dutch as well the English spelling checker. But as far as I know, there is no Dutch spelling checker version available for thr MacPro.

Do I need to have Windows or can I just use VMware Fusion 5 as is. I had trouble with Parallels 7 and Windows 8 Mac Pro. It just didn't work.
