    Yes, It's can support up to 4TB drives, Without any problems!

  • The separate 2/3/4TB Promise Pegasus2 modules @ 5900rpm sold here on the Apple Store do apparently support the R4 model.

    (For example, Apple part #HE552LL/A).

    So, yes.

  • Support? Doubt it. But they work. So do 4 TB 3.5" drives such as those from Western Digital.
