  • Your Time Capsule can't establish connection to the network or internet, or is encountering a problem. Try unplugging the cable modem for a few seconds, then, plug it back in. Check the ethernet cable, try a different cable from a friend. Verify the latest version of Airport Utility is installed.

    If the light is still blinking, remove the ethernet cable from the Time Capsule, connect it to your computer, and try establishing an internet connection. This will determine if it's cable service related, or the Time Capsule itself.
