Is it supposed to use aux cable to listen to music through the car speakers with this product?

I put the roadtrip handsfree to the lighter place, start the car, place iphone to roadtrip handsfree, press play button on ipod application and i cannot listen to music through the car speakers. Do i have to use an aux cable to listen to music through the ipod/iphone?

    You have to tune your Radio to the station indicated on the Griffon. Or change the Griffins Station to that of your Radio. You can store Radio Frequencies on the Griffin as well. Very handy in places where active radio stations fade and pop up all over the place (Like Bay Area California).
