Using the included AlgoRiddim DJay application, you can select up to 2 tracks simultaneously... one track for each of the 2 audio channels available on the Vestax Spin Console.
Typically, a DJ strings several songs in a row during their performance. This list of songs is generally called a "playlist", identical to the playlists created in iTunes. A recording of the playlist tracks combined together is commonly referred to as a "mixtape".
I assume in your question instead of "song" you meant "mixtape" (or something similar). The included AlgoRiddim DJay software features a RECORD function that will save post-mix audio in a compressed .ACC or CD quality .AIFF file format (You may wish to further compress your recording into a smaller .MP3 format, this can be achieved with a 3rd party application such as Audacity).
You may also record your mixes by (the old fashioned way) physically routing your output from the Vestax Spin to a recorder (i.e. the line input of your Mac, Mini-Disc, DAT, etc.).
