The problem starts from the fact that Final Draft does not support Unicode fonts, which is the most common case for Greek fonts and many other non-Latin languages.
Furthermore, Macintosh does not provide the option of setting a default language for displaying Unicode fonts under non-Unicode programs (like Windows do and solve the problem in this case).
Taking these into consideration, one possible solution would be to use a non-Unicode Greek font that can do the trick, e.g. SPIonic, SuperGreek, Graeca or Athenian.
The most convenient from the above seems to be SPIonic. It is easy to find the character map, windows & mac fonts files available for download.
Keep in mind that in order for someone else to be able to read your scripts, he should have the same font installed on his computer.
If someone needs to import text already written with Unicode fonts, there is a converter from Unicode to non-Unicode Greek fonts called "GreekKeysConverter". Unfortunately, this one is not free.
