Can I see my external hard drive if my laptop is configured to access network resources on a different Microsoft Domain?
My laptop is configured to my work domain, so when I join my hone network I can't share resources without logging in as a different user. Would I still be able to see the hard drive on the airport extreme if I used it as my home network wireless router given this configuration?

The Windows Domain could affect the automatic discovery of the Airport Disk, but you will be able to manually connect to it regardless of this.
To manually connect to a Windows shared folder, on a PC: Open Explorer, and in the address bar enter \\Blah\ - replacing Blah with the configured name of the Airport, or if that fails, it's IP Address. If your Airport is the main router device on your network, the IP Address for it will be \\10.0.1.1\ unless configured differently.
