How is audibility for this Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic in noisy environment?

Since these earphones do not create a seal like in-ear earphones do, these do not have noise cancelation. So the noisy environment will affect the pleasure of your hearing on the music. You may still hear the music but with the noisy environment in the background. Otherwise in a quiet environment, you hear your music very well. These earphones are designed to be comfortable and direct sound into the ear canal.
