will this allow me to connect to my old 30 pin camera connection kit to a ipad mini

Yes it does work.Tried this on my 4th Gen ipad.Using the 30 pin to lightning converter with the old camera connection kit I was able to transfer photos no problem.

Yes, I worked for me. I used it with an iPad mini and an SD card from a Nikon camera
