On a light grey smart case will the engraving show up on the back of it also what colour is the laser engravment

    Yes it will and the collor of it is white

  • I have a gray Smart Cover on my iPad that I engraved at work (3rd party, we have an engraver). The engraving showed up nicely, and is just a bit darker than the normal surface. It looks just like it was stamped into the cover.

    Of course your/Apple's results may be different, but I would imagine that it will show up fairly well.
