Will the Time Capsule act as an access point to an existing new Airport Extreme Network.

    Yes. You can set up Time Capsule to join the network via wireless and it will bridge the hard wired Ethernet connections with the wireless network. A very reliable and handy mode for the TC. I use it with Airport Express routers, but it works with TC and Airport Extremes as well.
