    Technically - yes, recommended - no. This devices uses about 60 GB of internet bandwidth a month, so a decent home or office internet package is required (even without the optional cloud recording service). Though there's an option to turn it off, it streams in HD quality, which requires decent network throughput (again, found in home or office networking setups - not so much mobile hotspots). Don't attempt for long periods of time unless you have an unlimited mobile data plan.

  • Yes, as long as you have at least 0.5Mbps of upload capacity per camera, you can use any wi-fi network you can create.
