Will is Scan over WiFi to the MacBook Pro?

Have the WorkForce 545 and it requires a USB cable to scan from the scan button on the all-in-one control panel. Would love to get rid of USB cable and be 100% WiFi from the device control panel.

    All I know is the Epson WorkForce Pro WP 4530 scans brilliantly over WiFi. I'm using an iMac but running the latest Mac OS is 10.7.4.

  • Its brilliant over wifi saving pics and text to the appropriate directories , or you can stick in a flash stick in the usb and save it . No wires here on a 2010 MBP running Mountain Lion.
