Can i plug an external hardrive that plugs in through usb into this device

i have an external hardrie that plugs into the computer via USB. Can I plug this devive into my ipad and plug the external hardrive into the USB port on this device? will the external hardrive be compatible with the software of the ipad and will i be able to move things from the ipad to the hardrive and vice versa (from the hardrve to the ipad)?

    No. The USB port on iRig MIDI is strictly for charging your iOS device while using it. Use the Camera Connection Kit adapter from Apple instead.
