Is this case suitable for iPod Touch 4th Generation? As I don't have an iPhone I am not sure if the dimensions are the same as the Touch 4th Gen.

No, this is not the right case for the iPod Touch. The Touch is thinner, and Sena makes a case specifically for that device. If the Apple store doesn't have it you can order from Sena's website.
