How can I get snow leopard on my MacBook Air
Is there anyway I can get snow leopard on my MacBook Air without buying an external disc drive? Can I use another computer somehow?

Yes.
You can use "Remote Disc" - which is an Apple provided utility for accessing another computers disc drive.
