Hi is there a writer that could be used to design clothes,connected to a lap top

• You could use Adobe illustrator for your initial sketches and Adobe photoshop for scanning and adjusting fabric samples.
  
  You can use Cochenille's Garment Designer to map out patterns for your cutting room. You will need a large printer to be able to print out at full size though.
  
  When using illustrator and photoshop, I find that using a wacom bamboo pad and stylus will be much more like sketching with a pencil than using a mouse.
