Would I be able to activate my iPhone 4S with AT&T, Verizon, T- Mobil, Metro PCS or any others? (Phone and Internet connection)
I won't have internet if I don't have a service. Also, i would have to buy card to get minutes on my phone to make a call.

The iPhone 4S is locked to a carrier (AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon) unless you get the really pricey unlocked GSM version. And about the only thing you can do in the USA with the unlocked GSM version that you can't do with an AT&T iPhone is to get onto T-Mobile, where your data speeds will only be 2G (glacially slow). You will be able to do voice with T-Mobile, so if you're in a place where AT&T has bad connectivity and T-Mobile has good connectivity you'll get good connectivity. You may have to go to a T-Mobile corporate location to get the micro-SIM required for the iPhone 4S.
