If this would be your first iPad, I highly recommend you to get the iPad 4 because it looks like it will be pretty fast and you can make a lot of tasks with its beautiful display

Well, for portability and to say you have an iPad mini, I recommend an iPad mini of course. But for Web browsing, playing games, work, I'd get the iPad 4th Generation. Apple just made an iPad mini to dominate the 7 in. Tablet market which they already have been doing before it even came out... I've been waiting for iPad mini
