Patagonia Half Mass 3-in-1 Bicycle Messenger Bag

The versatile Half Mass bag includes a removable padded notebook sleeve you can use with the waistbelt as a stand-alone shoulder computer bag that fits a few files plus a 17-inch notebook. Overview

Padded on the backside and along the contoured base, the Half Mass main compartment fully protects its contents and provides structure. In addition, a padded removable notebook sleeve suspends your notebook off the ground in case the bag is accidentally set down hard.

All-weather protection

The cover flap overlaps the sides of the bag to keep out weather; the top pocket closes with a water-resistant zipper. Made with 600-denier polyester (100% recycled) with a polyurethane coating and a DWR (durable water repellent) finish.

    This is a super versatile messenger bag. First, the messenger strap is comfortable with the right amount of strap padding and will fit a wide range of users. I'm 6'1"/250lb and use the bag in the "messenger" carry position comfortably. Previous bags I tried would only expand enough to allow over the shoulder carrying. Next, the clean look of the bag will work if you are actually a messenger or if you're an executive in a business environment. Patagonia! Meets all quality and functionality features one would expect from this manufacturer. Minimal and efficient feeling but plenty of perfectly placed pockets to stow everything needed to a day on the road or in the air. Internal removable laptop sleeve provides added protection.
