HP Photosmart Premium All-in-one Printer
Excellent Printer Value w/ 802.11n WiFi

This printer is capable of remarkable prints on HP Premium Plus Photo Paper. I am getting the best results printing from iPhoto. From the Print menu, be sure to click on the iPhoto option and then select Color Matching, then Color Sync. Then select the Profile that gives the Max DPI for your paper. I am printing directly from 17 meg TIFFs made from Nikon NEF files. iPhoto automatically scales the print to the paper size you have selected in Page Setup. Frankly, I get much better results this way than from PSE 6.
Setup for OSX 10.6.2 was straight forward -- do NOT use the included CD. Step one set up the printer from the touch screen. Step 2 finish the setup from your Mac connected to the printer via the included USB cable -- after you have downloaded and installed the newest drivers from HP.
If you have an 802.11n wireless access point, this printer supports 802.11n natively. Not many printers do, so this is something to consider. PS: Check out the numerous and very favorable reviews on Amazon and the HP site. …More12 of 15 people found this useful

Last it just looks good with my new iMac. …More
