BEST THING EVER !!!
I just bought this adapter for my iPhone 5.
I have the speck candyshell case on, and this adapter fits right in even with the c ase on.
Also, it feels like my iphone charges faster with microusb and this adapter than with the apple charger.
This product is a MUST-HAVE.
Among so many things that I have bought at Apple store, this is the best product.
I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an extra cable because this thing is the same price as the original usb-to-lighting cable, but this thing allows you to use different lengths of microusb cables. Also, microusb cables are cheaper to replace than original Apple cables. …- Written by Won Jae L from Boston

Who ever approved or design this needs to be fired! Horrible design.. no reinforcement on the wire to the adapter end part! a few twist and the 4 small wiring can break off! people who are aware about the exchange will keep buying new ones, not knowing they can go to apple n get replacement because of the 1 year warranty when u buy the iphone 5 or ipad.. …

Good things come in small packages!
I bought this adapter when I upgraded from an Android to the iPhone5, I had LOTS of micro USB cables and car chargers that are now useful with the iPhone5. It's a bit pricey for such a little adapter, but it works flawlessly. Glad I bought one, probably going to buy another so that I can keep one at work. …

The lightning connector does not support an ethernet connection. Besides that, your ethernet adapter most likely is a full sized USB device where this is a micro USB connector. They are not the same. …

can i use this product to transfer a file from my usb that contains a video & audio, documents & want them transfer to my ipad 4th gen
- Asked by Emilia M from Barry
- Nov 9, 2012
Answer
You can transfer that file if two other conditions are also present. 1) You only want to transfer vi deo and pictures. 2) You plug a Powered USB hub in first. A Powered USB hub has a wall adapter to supply power (you get an error message on the iPad from the USB drive drawing too much power if the hub doesn't get power from the wall).
If both of those conditions are met, this will work. …- Answered by Josh C from Stansbury Park
