The only problem I've had in the three months of owning it was during set-up: I tried setting up the stations through the iOS app, but continuously received an error. I ended up using my iMac, without incident, and haven't had to mess with it since.
Give the NetAtmo app a try if you're not sure about getting one -- there's an option to browse/view an outdoor module close to your location. …

Keeping up with CO2 in a basement office can be very beneficial to long work hours. You can see the CO2 rise almost immediately after lighting a candle and such. 4-star because of poor packing. Batteries were not contained within the plastic bag (very large cut through bag) and had them rattling all over. Otherwise would've been a 5. Just appears to be a poor attention to that detail, where as all other details are stellar! …

Doesn't work as expected
I live in Southern Ontario, and this year the winter has been nasty, both with snowfall and temp (-20 average). The outdoor unit h I live in Southern Ontario, and this year the winter has been nasty, both with snowfall and temp (-20 average). The outdoor unit has a range of only 15" when the temp drops this cold. The indoor unit accurately reads the indoor air temp and noise level. However, the indoor air quality measured by Co2 didn't work. Netatmo customer support was amazing! They helped me each day, but we couldn't get it to work. They requested that i return the unit which i did.
Given the short distance and limitations created by the outdoor weather in Canada, and that the indoor Co2 wouldn't read properly, I would not recommend this product.
The app and interface are amazing.
The customer support is also amazing. …

However, the outdoor humidity sensor has shown 100% ever since it was installed, and checking the Netatmo forums, this is obviously a general problem that affects hundreds of customers; either that it locks to 100% or is 15-20% off. Recommend NOT to buy until the issue is resolved! …
