    pretty nice....

    • Written by from Santa Monica

Just got these and so far pretty impressed..... sound is awesome, comparing to my sony BT775 the base is nice and feels like you are in a big room. very happy with the sound. The fit is great, had them in a few hours and still very comfortable.

couple nitpicking things..... the memory wire is pretty weak, doesn't keep its shape as well as I would like. Also they don't go deep enough into the ear as I would like, but I think that is just personal preference.

easily the best universal IEM i have owned. still like my custom Unique Melody Miracles better, but they are on a beach somewhere in the philipines :-(

    Equal, great quality!

    • Written by from LOS ANGELES

4 units made a progress to the sound quality compared to TF10, especially on the LF side. Compared with SE535 or W4, it is more equal on kinds of aspect such as human voice, classical or pop rhythm. Male voice is great, sound field strong, Female voice is delicate and thin. Additionally, the looks is soooo swag! More

    Good In-Ears...

    • Written by from Mesquite

These are my very first pair of In-Ear monitors coming from using factory headphones and I can say that there are major positive differences in sound overall. Be that as it may that these are my first pair. I do find that if worn for long periods of time the inner muscle part of your ear starts to get tired and therfore causing discomfort. I found that I can only go for a little over 45 minutes of use before I have to take them out. -_- Other than that, I am satisfied with the sound playback. More

    Meh...they're ok

    • Written by from Massapequa

I tried these out today and was not blown away. While they do sound good, I don't think they sound as good as some others brands I've tried in the $99.00 - $199.00 price range.

They are bright and loud but I think the bass is a little low (at least for my liking). The highs can be a bit piercing at times too. At lower volmes, these don't perform as well. The sweet spot on the volume seems to be around 65% -70%. The cable is not as much of a hassle as others have posted. However, I agree that my ears started to feel a little sore after wearing these for 45 minutes. I also got the sensation they were falling out, when in reality they weren't.

Lots of extra ear cushions and extra cable is a nice feature. Nice packaging too. BUT, I think thats where the money went on these.

The perfect compliment to my Spirit Ones

    • Written by from Calgary

I currently use Focal Spirit One's as my main headphones. I love them, they are the best piece of technology I have every put near my ears. That said, they are not practical if I am laying in bed listening to music etc since they are cumbersome. That led me to weeks of trying different models of IEM's to find something that was comfortable, but also wasn't a let down compared to the Spirit Ones. The UE900's are exactly what I was after, and I'm very happy. The cost is high, and maybe you could spend half as much to get close to these, but I have no regrets. The sound is very neutral, not bass heavy, very balanced. The sound stage is wide and full, they don't sound like ear buds, more like real headphones. I listen to every kind of music, classical, rock, top 40, dance, metal, country, and they've been great for everything. Tried SE535's, IE80's, XBA4-4's, MIE2i, X10i's and a few others. I knew within 3 or 4 songs that the UE900's were the ones.

Pros: great sound, comfortable (once you figure out the memory wire), tons of extra tips in all sizes and materials, removable cables (and you get 2)

Cons: expensive, not bass heavy if that's what you are after, could live without the memory wire, read that they tend to get scratched up pretty easy

The best thing I have ever had in my head

    • Written by from SAN MARCOS

Except my brain. I have had the triplefi 10's, various shure buds, the new 600vi's, etymotic and a bunch of others. These are hands down the best things ever. I know they are crazy expensive, but the way I justified the cost was, well, I use them every day, for hours and hours a day. If you haven't tried multiple driver buds, give these a go. You will love them for years. More
