You have to redeem via the Mac App Store app (Redeem option does not show via the website). If you You have to redeem via the Mac App Store app (Redeem option does not show via the website). In my case, after upgrading to Snow Leopard via DVD, I needed to update from 10.6.3 to 10.6.8 (Apple icon > Update software).
