Overview
Xsan Maintenance is a 36-month Agreement, payable in advance, during which you will receive any Major Upgrades to the Xsan product. Customers must be licensed for the current version of Xsan in order to be eligible to purchase Xsan Maintenance. Minimum order quantities start with a single license and are also available for 10+ licenses for Xsan Maintenance, and maximum order quantity is limited to the number of volume licenses owned by the customer for the current version of Xsan.
Major upgrade releases of Xsan will be sent via mail and contain the upgrade media discs for installation on your licensed Mac OS X or Mac OS X Server systems. Your agreement is valid for 36 months from time of purchase.
You will be sent an Agreement Letter once your order is placed and an invoice is generated (Maintenance Agreement requires full, upfront payment for all 36 months).
