    Don't Get Your Hopes Up

    I've spent 3 days trying to use this software and as many times on the phone with their tech support. You're better off paying for someone to recover your data than trying to do this for yourself. There is zero help on line that is worth it and the tech support talk in a language that isn't conducive to non-techies.
    I can see the files but have no way to actually access what has been recovered. There is a data list but when I got to actually recover and use it... it doesn't work at all.
    I am sure that it works but not for anyone that isn't a sophisticated technology user.

    This product works, but did not restore all of the files, and restored files that are unusable or missing data. I feel that this product was a complete waste of time (23 hours), and money.
