This cover came as advertised, and I liked using it until I noticed that it seemed to be slowing down my computer. I would recommend using it only when you want to be especially quiet or when you are likely to get your computer dirty. I no longer use it for everyday use.

Pros:
The keyboard cover fits the keyboard perfectly.
Typing is quieter with the cover on.
The cover keeps the keyboard clean - no more accumulation of dirt and oil.

Cons:
The keys feel slightly less responsive. You type slower until you get used to the cover.
The cover picks up oil from your fingers and deposits it on the screen.
The cover causes the computer to get very hot and slow down. Networking in particular is much slower when the cover has been on for a while. It also seems to slow down the processor.

I have a 13" macbook air and it fits perfectly. Its very thin and it makes the keys feel smooth. Good investment :)

When I first installed it I seemed to notice that it slowed my typing a bit, but now that I am used to it, I don't notice that at all anymore. Two thumbs up, it works great and protects my extremely expensive MacBook Pro. Highly recommend

I've had one of these for a little over two years now for my macbook pro. It did make the keyboard feel a little different at first but it didn't take me long to get used to it. I don't even notice it anymore. In fact, I just got a new apple wireless keyboard, which it also fits, and noticed immediately that the keyboard was really loud without it. My two year old keyboard on the macpro looks brand new and I do eat while I type, frequently spilling crumbs, and often have dirty fingers (I'm a farmer). It just sits on the keypad, and is easy to pull up to get rid of the crumbs. I haven't cleaned it beyond just wiping it off for two years. Definitely worth the money.

I bought this product a week ago and it is amazing! All of the claims stated in the highlights are true. I didn't realize how thin it actually was until I picked it up. It works great, but a little pricy. However, $25 is a lot better than paying $1200 for a new computer if you were to spill something on it. The typing takes a little getting used to but I would rather get used to typing a little differently than get dust and spills inside my computer. Overall, great product and I definitely recommend it!

Good to use if you want to keep dust and other stuff from getting in. You can see the cover because it gets "cloudy". Cleaning takes a while to remove the oils and you really need to rub to get it off. I've only cleaned mine twice. Maybe there is an easier way than just using soapy water which doesn't really take off the oil/grime that comes from your fingers. Fits great and doesn't slip around.

i have a 13 inch macbook pro and it fits the keys nicely. i would recommend it to anybody that is tired of having dirty keyboards..... you won't regret it.

This product does work as advertised. Prolonged use (almost 1.7 years for me) and the clearguard is itself depositing gunk onto my keyboard.

I removed the clearguard one day to clean it, and apparently prolonged use of it wears off the plastic and molds it onto the macbooks natural keyboard. there are gloss (or oil?) marks on my keyboard now. it's also a little sticky. something i tried to avoid by purchasing this cover is here anyways.

This keyboard protector is EVERYTHING it claims to be. It's so thin you don't even know it's there, either by sight or feel. It stays in place nicely (unlike the one for macbook). This is an awesome product I highly recommend to everyone.

This is very good. It fits my unibody 13" macbook incredibly well. I was expecting there to be some for of adhesive to make it stick to the keyboard, but there isn't, which is alright. For the most part I can't really tell it's there, though I can feel some difference and it softens the clacking of the keyboard. The main issue - if there is one - is that it make keyboard sensitivity a little bit less, but I'm assuming I will get used to that. After all, it is still way more sensitive than a PC keyboard! ;)
