not pleased with the highs,

just bought these yesterday after my altec lansings finally blew on me. thought they would be good all around for the macbook to use while at the desk. Not so much, the lows are great, they are full and crystal clear. The highs are clear, but they sound tingy and they sound as though the treble is permanently way to high, but when you move the knob down, the lows just completely drown out any highs that are left with the lower treble. All around they arent bad for the average joe, but for anyone interested in listening to every note of the music exactly as it was intended, i would not suggest these. there is no perfect mix between high and lows sadly.

These speakers are fantastic! I bought them for my mac and they sound great. Well worth the buy. I can play my iPod music thru the speakers directly and bring it outside or where ever and enjoy the music. They have great base and great quality sound all from a compact speaker.

These are the best computer speakers for the money. I can really crank them up and with these you don't need a subwoofer. Best 2.0 speakers out there.

so I've been meaning to get some new speakers for my desk, but my funds were not allowing it. luckily, the moment has finally arrived! I decided to purchase Creative's GigaWorks T20 series II because the specs all met my needs AND i just purchased Creative's traveling speakers which were excellent. These speakers have went beyond my expectations. The sound quality is outstanding--clear and crisp! PLUS they also have a handy dandy outlet to plug in my itouch!

Great Desktop Speakers

I upgraded from my usb powered speakers. They have a much richer sound and good volume when I am in the office by myself. They sit nicely beside my 22" LCD monitor, but don't take up too much desk space. Highly recommended.
