The World of Warcraft is not just a video game; it is an experience. Everyone remembers their first login and what it was like to run or ride across the open and beautiful landscapes of Azeroth, and then Outland. Whether Alliance, or Horde, the World of Warcraft is a feat in adventurous role playing. Wrath of The Lich King takes the game to soaring new heights with the new addition of the Death Knight Hero class. As a human Death Knight, I haven't ever had this much fun or felt this awesome by playing a game. I guarantee that this is one product you will never regret purchasing.

This is probably the funnest most exciting games I have ever played. I started playing on my Death Knight and I loved the quests that it gets in it's starting area, they are the funnest quests I have ever done. It is a great way to spend your down time and even if you only have a few minutes you can have a great time. I have been amazed by the graphics on it, I got a new intel imac for this game and the game runs seamlessly with the graphic settings on high. Everyone should get this game!!!

There is one, very big problem with World of Warcraft. It is extremely addictive.

"World of WarCRACK" as me and the people I play with call it."

Unless you have extremely good self-control then I wouldn't recomend starting. It's fun, and it passes time, but once you start playing it's hard to stop =P

WotLK is a masterpiece with lore materials never seen before. There are improvements in varieties of gameplay and advancements in story structure. Trust me when I say it is extremely addictive if you enjoy roleplaying games where you can advance through the game either by yourself or with friends.

My major complain is... 3 years ago, there was a server problem leading to major outage and latency issues. Seems like Blizzard (the mastermind behind this masterpiece) never exactly solved this problem now that the number of subscribers has doubled and such problem becomes more severe and frequent. Currently popular contents such as Naxxramas are consistently experiencing high latency rendering them unplayable during peak hours (~7-9pm).

I've been playing a Human Priest for over a year now (got it to 70 before expansion). And although the expansion didn't seem as good as a jump for Blizzard as it should have been, it was definitely worth the purchase. I'm almost 80 now (77).
Buy original WoW and Burning Crusade and get to 70; then purchase this expansion.

Having played World of Warcraft since it came out, i was not very excited when i heard they had another expansion coming out. I thought they had already done so much to improve the game that it would be impossible to do better, and therefore the new Wrath of the Lich King Expansion would be a total fluke. I was wrong. Blizzard managed to combine great graphics, beautiful sceneries, interesting weapons and cool new armors into one of the most popular video-games ever (it sold over 2.4 million copies in the first 24 hours making it the fastest selling video-game ever). It is a great product and i recommend it greatly.

I've been playing WoW for over a year now..
Just recently switched to Mac, im using
MacBook

2.4Gh'z
intel core 2 duo
800 Mhz
GMA X3100 Graphics

WoW does not Run well with on this Mac, it runs on the Lowest settings, but will still be choppy.
And yes, WOW is extremely Addictive.

Great 2nd expansion

WoW: Wrath of the Lich King is a blast from the past, er, in, other words.

WotLK does just what WoW did the first time you played it, and just what the first xpac did as well. It brings back the goosebumps of playing a quality MMO, and exploring a new, alien, fantasy world.

The level cap is raised to 80, which, is either good or bad. It's not too bad if you're already 70, but Blizzard has yet to really incorporate a way to, help lower level people, reach end world content in under a year's time . . . it's basically a long, very long, leveling process.

New content is brilliantly designed, Blizzard is always one for detail. Additionally, the new death knight hero class, adds an entirely new dimension to the game,and is warmly greeted.

It seems this time around, Blizzard has taken a bit more risk in their xpac, however in the next one, if they plan on advancing the end-content, they need to cater to the newer players too, making it not a red level quest to get to "90" and raid with the rest of us.

Ok I loved playing WoW played it for 2 years and i am done. It was cool seeing some of the new content but 3 weeks of playing the new expansion and I have come to feel as board as ever. The new Battlegrounds are great but everything else is basically the same. If blizz could come up with original skins for more than 10% of armor that would be cool.
