I just think the game is kind of overkill.. too bad they didn't have CS source eh... the multi player doesn't compare.. what can i say.. CS guy. Oh the campaigns, ridiculous

I was first sketchy when thinking about buying this game. Because I only had a mac pro with 1.83 GHz processing power, however, once finally convinced, I found that the game ran beautifully. All I had to do was lower the default graphics slightly. This is easily one of the best games on the mac gaming market today and I strongly recommend this game to anyone on the fence about it.

I have had this game for almost a year, and it's still as good as it was the first day that i bought it. Search and Destroy on Hardcore Mode never gets old. Definitely the best mac game on the market hands down.

This game is sah-weeeeet! this is a must by game for real!:D Even though the game was to short i was satisfied with it. I played it and finished it for 1 day ( Try playing it on Hard Mode to make it much better and it feels like its a long story when playing on Hard mode)

Anyway! But this! Quick!:D

Even though it has been 8 months since I got this game it still has not gotten old. Sure in single player mode there is not the thrill of not knowing what will happen anymore, but it is still fun to play. And multiplayer is even better with your custom weapons and perks. Possibly the best game of all time.

Audio Problems in Snow Leopard

I really enjoyed playing this game in Leopard. However this game does not work properly in Snow Leopard. Mainly due to the fact that the Audio starts to stutter after a while. They need to come out with a patch.

Being a pro-gamer for more than 13 years, I can say Call of Duty 4 made it to CS 1.6 and DF BHD level of quality. It's a game that can be played for hours, and hours and you will never grow tired of it.

The GOOD:
-Customizable weapons (colour, scopes, silencers etc)
-Huge variety of weapons (pistols,smg's,rifles etc)
-Detailed maps, weapons (very advanced graphics etc)
-Intense multiplayer gameplay (hours of fun and killings)
-Multiplayer ranking system (unlocks new weapons, mods etc)

The BAD:
-Maps are medium in size, and limited. Not the best game to camp&snipe people from 3 km's. BUT it does let players develop skills in close combat sniping.
-No vehicle control. Unlike Battlefield 2, that was released at about the same time, players in CoD4 can not control various vehicles.

In overall I would recommend this game to any fps loving player, it is just as good and quick paced as Counter Strike 1.6 but with better graphics and bigger maps.

This game was probably the best game i've played since ever. the graphics are amazing and the missions are very intense making you feel as if you were an actual soldier. unfortunately this game is M for mature, so if your under 13, you shouldn't buy it because of all the violence and blood.

its asome but I think that it neeeds way more missions i mean i beat the game in 1 and a half days i mean call of duty it should be a lot of missions its a great game but i think it neeeds a lot more missons

This game have amazing graphics and also great theme. If you're into war fighting military style games, it is a must have. I'm giving it 4 stars because it is not compatible with my Logitech controller. I think it would be much easier using the controller versus the keyboard.

First off this game is very realistic and have great graphics. The games levels are quite well balanced so your not left wit a supper hard part in in an all round easy level. Your allies are not completely useless like in some games witch is a major plus in my opinion.

The only thing I did not like was how amazingly short it was. And it was for that alone it did not get five stars.

i was playing the game and i exited to play some music on itunes and when i re launched it, i tried to join a server and it crashed, so i looked at finder and it seems it uninstalled itself and wont re-install, but i intend to get it fixed so its still a good game

this game is, i must admit, some what addictive and very fun (good graphics!!) but the controls, the darn controls, i always have to stop the game to reset or adjust the controls, which gets somewhat annoying. Though, you adapt and get used to it
which i did. and i just need to get the next level.

Best game I've played since owning my macbook pro 13 inch laptop. The graphics look amazing, no crashing or funny stuff while playing in single mode or multiplayer. Before switching to a mac I was never into playing pc games but now playing on a mac says a lot about how great this games is and being able to play on a relatively small laptop without having to carry around one of the bigger models. GREAT JOB!!!
