YOU CALL THAT A BACK!?!
Written by DF from Toronto

the front part was decent, to many bubbles thought (which i kinda fixed) & if u have OCD, this is definitely NOT the product for you, anyways, i bought this because i liked the idea that there was a protection film for the back...so i payed the extra bucks for it. BIG MISTAKE. dude, the back of an ipod is curved, and the film isn't & WON'T. It kept unsticking it's self from my ipod. oh, and the cut it has for the black thing on the back of the touch wasn't even cut right for it. it sucked so bad i had to cut it off (p.s the back film doesn't even cover the WHOLE BACK) anyways aside from that, when i applied the film for the front of my touch, i put my touch flat on the table...and what did i get? THE FIRST and worst scratches on the back. so don't do that. my suggestion is get the power support anti film for your screen (if you're not OCD) and forget the back.

good for anti glare
Written by WW from austin

It's great for antiglare, however I can still see fingerprints on the cover. It's less noticeable though. As for taking off the film and reapplying it--maybe I'm incompetent, but I tried the tape on corner trick and it didn't work for me. When I finally managed to get one of the corners off for the back sheet, it wouldn't stick back on. The back sheet is pretty much useless for me though, as I have the Incase case...so I might just take it off completely.

It's O.K.

I just got this today and I really can't say anything too great about it. It's kind of frustrating to put on and the back cover does not protect the entire iPod. I have some air bubbles under the film that I cannot get out as well.
I was debating between this and an Incase plastic case. I went with the Power Support just because it was cheaper. If I could go back, I would go for the more expensive one.

The back one is no good

The screen protector is great, see all the other reviews. I was under the impression that the back film covered more. It really won't be doing much except for leaving an obvious square that is protected and a border that is not.

itouch 2g Front Cover good, back cover not so much
Written by JD from Columbia
Sep 17, 2008
The front cover is great. I wiped the front of the itouch with the polish cloth that came with the itouch. Then applied the front cover. Big mistake. Three tiny pieces of lint were on the screen. No big deal. I took off the cover, washed it, and then reapplied. Perfect. The front cover is an A+.
The back cover is terrible. It does not have adequate coverage because the new slim and curved back will not allow for adequate friction for the static cling effect; therefore, the straight edges will simply not fit.
CONCLUSION: Buy if you want a nice front cover only.48 of 54 people found this useful

It's alright.

Once i applied this, it was very hard to get the air bubbles out because there would always be one little piece of dust that sneaks on it. The texture is nice, and the picture is great, but after a while you see your fingerprints, and it gets scratched as well. I like the back though, it really protects it so that's good, but it should be 5-10 bucks, not 15. Overpriced.

it's ok

First of all it does not cover the whole back of the ipod. Then if you get fuzz on the screen protecter it does not come off. I dropped the front protecter on the carpet and it was full of fuzz. And then to pay $15 for it, it is not worth it. But it does protect the screen quite well

You should rethink buying this
Written by AG from Bountiful

I thought it would be pretty good, but when I got it it was a pain to get it on perfectly, but worst of all it attracts dust like crazy! Mine is way dirty already and I can't find the thing I need to get the cover off. At least it does protect the ipod. I would rethink of buying this if I were you.

Not very happy.

I bought myself a case, the touch, and the Anti-Glare recently. I took the touch out and opened the film package. There was only ONE set. My screen was covered but I couldn't get the air bubbles out and when I removed it to try again, it became dirty and made my iPod look dirty. (The more times you remove it, the more air bubbles you get.)
I bought more somewhere else and they (came with a box of 10 screen protectors) are working.27 of 41 people found this useful

1 try or else
Written by DA from MORTON GROVE

I bought this along with a case for my ipod touch. I read one other review that basically had the same problem I had. Air bubbles... I tried putting the cover on an angle and wiped as I went to remove air bubbles. This didn't work 100% and there were a few small ones. Removing the film was the end of it. Dust got on the ipod and then onto the film... It's pretty much not worth putting it on my ipod. If you get this, it seems like it will do a great job, just make sure you clean your ipod really well first time around and do this once... After that, don't bother taking it off.

Not so good...

This is good for protecting the screen, but if you get bubbles, you have to re-apply it. When i re-applied it it got dirty and dusty. You can't wash it off or it wont stick to your iPod, and it will get gooey. But this is a good product if you can apply it once with out getting bubbles.

a pain to put on, annoying to get the bubbles off and impossible to clean. directions say run under water to clean but after you do that it no longer sticks to your ipod. still, when its on it gets the job done so it at least gets 3 stars

Power Support Anti-Glare Film Set for iPod touch
protects but alters the screen
Written by SK from Marlton

Provides great protection from scratches and fingerprints. Takes a little while to get all the air bubbles out. The back film doesn't completely cover, but the front does just fine. Didn't notice a huge difference in glare and it reduces the picture quality slightly. It's not that big a deal unless you look closely, but you can tell there's a film there. Goes great with a rubber Incase cover.
