    YOU CALL THAT A BACK!?!

    Written by DF from Toronto

the front part was decent, to many bubbles thought (which i kinda fixed) & if u have OCD, this is definitely NOT the product for you, anyways, i bought this because i liked the idea that there was a protection film for the back...so i payed the extra bucks for it. BIG MISTAKE. dude, the back of an ipod is curved, and the film isn't & WON'T. It kept unsticking it's self from my ipod. oh, and the cut it has for the black thing on the back of the touch wasn't even cut right for it. it sucked so bad i had to cut it off (p.s the back film doesn't even cover the WHOLE BACK) anyways aside from that, when i applied the film for the front of my touch, i put my touch flat on the table...and what did i get? THE FIRST and worst scratches on the back. so don't do that. my suggestion is get the power support anti film for your screen (if you're not OCD) and forget the back.

    Not very good...

I didn't like it very well and was a waste of money. If you like the feel of your iPod when you touch it, you will not like this product. Although it did have anti-glare and protect from scratches, there are plenty of videos to prove the iPod Touch's screen will not scratch. Also it says it helps against finger prints. I have had many fingerprints with it! Also the protector for the back side of the iPod wasn't even static cling! It was sticky (but luckily got it off and had to throw it away). The front side did have static cling and I saved that And really, I don't care if there is a little scratch on my iPod, it was just the Apple guy recommended it. Maybe I'll try the Crystal Protector.

thats pretty much all i have to say about it. although be very wary of oil smudges that might get in under the screen cuz it then u will have to remove it and clean it again. (i set it up perfectly but then i saw smudges that i couldnt see because the ipod wasnt on so i had to remove it and reapply. it isnt as perfect anymore).

    Beware of the positive reviews

There are many "content" and happy people which are leaving 5 star reviews for this screen.I suspect they may be working for the company.
Personally, I think its like setting fire to $15. There is NO WAY to get rid of air bubbles, I just took off the old screen after 1 month (looked like garbage) put the new one on VERY carefully and there were still impossible to remove airbubbles which ruin the screen visibility considerably. Its a dust magnet !
Buy it and you will regret !

Wouldn't own an iPod touch without it

Not only can you see the screen clearer, but it actually is easier to scroll given the added resistance; plus it protects the glass like you wouldn't believe. Frankly, I can't see myself ever owning an iPod touch without this stuff.

    good for anti glare

It's great for antiglare, however I can still see fingerprints on the cover. It's less noticeable though. As for taking off the film and reapplying it--maybe I'm incompetent, but I tried the tape on corner trick and it didn't work for me. When I finally managed to get one of the corners off for the back sheet, it wouldn't stick back on. The back sheet is pretty much useless for me though, as I have the Incase case...so I might just take it off completely.

Do NOT install in a dusty room a repeat DO NOT INSTALL IN A DUSTY ROOM. This is a great product, because i installed it in a dusty room there was a lot of lint on it when i covered it, but i washed it off installed it again and it was perfect, but i was a little disappointed about the back, it only covered about 85% of the back? other then that its a must have if you want to protect your ipod touch

Very good product, had it applied for a while before I saw scratches on the back, the front is still perfectly scratchless though.

But, when I took it off to replace it, it had the Apple logo printed on the it along with all the writings that are on the back of the iPod, so I guess it took off a bit of it.

Anyways, I recommend it to anyone who doesn't like fingerprints on his/her iPod.
