Need for Speed Carbon
Game is not so bad!!!!
Written by CH

The issue I've experienced with this game is the screen changes from fine, to red glow, then white out then back to fine. This making it very difficult to control the car. One thing I've noticed is on the box the requirements state the following: Video: Nvidia (7300 or better) or ATI (X1600 or better) Note: GMA950 integrated graphics adapter is not supported". After checking my video card, I have the following: ntel GMA 950:
Chipset Model: GMA 950
I guess its not EA's fault for my ignorance or lack of knowledge of my machine before the game was purchased.172 of 317 people found this useful

Need for Speed Carbon
Woot NFSC

The Poster before me,
Maybe some people can't afford to fork over a load of money for a Mac Pro, maybe it's the fact that Apple really doesn't supply any graphics cards above the 256MB for mobile computers, maybe it's the fact that you can't change the graphics card that Apple has soldered into the computer itself?
anywho, NFSC is pretty cool, though, I really wish apple/EA would keep the reqs to 512MB, and make a Universal Port.27 of 40 people found this useful

Need for Speed Carbon
What the? No Widescreen Support!?
Written by JS from New Haven

The Need for Speed series has always been solid and the Carbon port is no exception. The game play is tight, and responsive. Graphically, its great as well though you will have to play around with the settings. But what really bothers me is the apparent lack of widescreen support. I have a 16:10 MBP, with a wondrous widescreen display and all I could find was 4:3 resolutions. That is just not right... If I am mistaken, let me know and add a star to my score. The game play is great and that is the main reason to play this game.
