it may be just me but I purchased this game today and I have installed it. When I am going for the 'learn the basics' option, it gives you some instructions. They talk about 'right and left mouse clicks' to select things.
I can't make my explorer move since I can't 'left mouse click' the position next to the flag! I have no idea how to make the little fellow move and I can't find any kind of help to see whether I need to change settings or something...8 of 53 people found this useful

I was hooked as a PC user and was going to buy Windows for Boot Camp installation just so I could play my favorite game on my MacBook Pro. The game is well worth the $100 to get with the expansion vs buying Windows Vista for a few hundred more to play a Microsoft made game!

The game sometimes does not start up

Sometimes when I start the game, the application unexpectedly quits. I cannot find a solution to the problem, even though I have all the updates. But then there are times when the game does work without any changes applied. Sometimes the game works and sometimes it does not. The game usually gets through the opening credits and scenes okay, but once it starts the loading sequence, the game crashes. I have a 2009 17" Unibody MBP and I do not believe this should be happening. I blame Macsoft. If the game was made by Apple, everything would be smooth and seamless.

this game is pretty good its got good graphics really good story line but the cards are just dumb how did we change from age of empires the stratigy game to age of empires the blackjack game.

There's just something about the historical nature of the games that makes in appealing.
Not to mention the graphics (please remember this is a ’05 game)
A real story-line (24-mission campaign)
Graphics as mentioned
Superb multiplayer experience
You can play over and over - forget about it for a year and experience it all again!!! (had to buy 3 copies already)
+Cheats, making it possible to play “SimCity”-style

After playing Age of EmpiresII for forever. Bought III. Love the graphics. I wish there was more of a II feel to it. Seems like the maps are miniscule. Kind of disappointed with the card aspect of it. Cards?

an awesome strategy game, which you can spend months on it.
runs great on my macbook aluminum.
the new home city sys is awesome too. i'm lv 25 now.

Great game 5 stars. One of the best games for mac. It's worth the money i've already bought it trust me its worth the wait you'll have a blast !!!! :D FUNEST GAME EVER :D

Great game! Home city thing is kinda cool, shipments from the home city help out A LOT!
Other than that, it's an overall great game, with a very good and entertaining story to go along with it. I played it all the way through without cheats, then played it all the way through with cheats! It's great!15 of 19 people found this useful
